All of my DVD workouts have been tested in the gym by a great group of ladies who have seen improvements in strength, stamina, health conditions, body shape and weight loss! These workouts work! I use exercises that I know will change the body and metabolism! No light leg lifts here and no confusing positions!

These workouts are for all fitness levels. Just like I do in class, I always give options to make each move easier or more challenging. Thanks to feedback from my class participants, I am confident that my DVD workouts can be done by all exercisers-from beginners to advanced!
